I’m a writer from Texas.

My short fiction has appeared in the Santa Monica Review, The Baffler, X-R-A-Y, and Bridge Eight, and my story “Godspeed” earned an honorable mention in the 2023 Zoetrope: All-Story short fiction competition. I earned my MFA from Columbia, where I also taught undergraduate writing. I live in Brooklyn, where I’m currently at work on a novel.

I also work as a freelance writer, content director, and strategist for museum exhibitions. You can find my work currently on view in permanent exhibitions at the Houston Museum of Natural Science and forthcoming at the Courage Museum in San Francisco, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, the Museum of Science and History in Jacksonville, and the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.
